Summer Acevedo is an experienced clinical trial manager and investigator with a strong background in orchestrating clinical research investigations and evaluating pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Currently serving as a Clinical Trial Manager at VLP Therapeutics LLC and a Clinical Investigator Consultant at VAST Clinical Research, Summer excels in developing comprehensive research protocols that adhere to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. Previous roles include Lead Principal Investigator at SGS, where visionary leadership was demonstrated in domestic clinical trials, and Junior Investigator at UT Southwestern Medical Center, focusing on collaborative research and contributing to academic publications. Summer's expertise is underpinned by a PhD in Genetics from Texas A&M University and a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Northern Colorado.
