Adam Henderson

Adam Henderson serves as the Senior General Manager at VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC, since December 2020, with full P&L ownership overseeing multiple sites and managing a team of over 70 personnel. Henderson has successfully implemented strategic operational plans, enhancing productivity and safety, while also developing frontline leaders through structured Career Development Programs. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Sulzer, Honda Lock of America, Volkswagen of America, and Ford Motor Company, demonstrating a strong background in continuous improvement, process optimization, and team engagement. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University.
