Maciej Neczaj

Maciej Neczaj has a diverse work experience that spans several roles in recruitment and hospitality. Maciej currently works as a Recruitment Manager at VM.PL Software House since June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Recruiter at intive from June 2020 to June 2021 and an IT Recruitment Specialist from July 2017 to June 2021. Before joining intive, Maciej worked as an International Recruitment Specialist at IT Kontrakt from September 2016 to June 2017. Maciej also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at look4IT from September 2015 to August 2016. In addition to their recruitment roles, Maciej was a Restaurant Owner at Lángos Maciej Neczaj from 2014 to 2015.

Maciej Neczaj began their education at Economical Technical School of Chojnów, where they studied to become an Economic Technician from 2000 to 2005. Maciej then pursued their higher education at Uniwersytet Zielonogórski, completing a Master's degree in Philosophy from 2006 to 2012. In 2010, they also participated in a Student Exchange Program at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, as part of the Erasmus program. Additionally, in 2005-2006, Neczaj obtained a Certified TELC Zertifikat Deutsch from Volkshochschule Landau in der Pfalz.
