Britta van Renterghem

Britta Van Renterghem serves as the Chief Talent Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at VMA since April 2016, following a tenure as HR-manager at Oxfam Wereldwinkels/Oxfam Fair Trade from May 2013 to April 2016. Prior experience includes roles within the HR department at EcoPuur cvba from July 2009 to May 2013 and as a Commercial Assistant at SYLVA NURSERIES from 2004 to 2009. Britta Van Renterghem holds an Executive Master Class in Human Resource Management from Vlerick Business School (2015-2016) and a Master's degree in Translation (French-Spanish) from HOGENT (2000-2004).
