Keith Townsend

Keith brings more than a decade of Human Capital and Talent Acquisition experience in both government and commercial sectors to VMD. In addition to ensuring they find, attract and retain top talent for the programs and the growing business and its evolving needs, he oversee and guides human capital policies and manpower development. Keith oversees and designs the learning and development programs, which importantly enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the workforce to meet business and customer requirements and maintain alignment to VMD’s core values.

Keith previously held leadership positions with Accenture Federal Services and ECS Federal. He holds a Master’s from Manhattan School of Music and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP). Keith is an active member with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
