Matthew S. Finley has extensive work experience in the field of digital creative directing. Matthew S. currently holds the role of Head of Digital: Creative Director at VMLY&R Commerce, where they lead a creative team and oversees various digital projects for clients such as Nestlé, John Deere, and Ford Commercial Solutions. Prior to this, they held positions at companies such as Geometry - North America, Geometry Global, J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, and Malone Advertising, where they gained experience in digital art direction, graphic design, and illustration. Their career in the industry began in 2006 at The Buchtelite as an illustrator.
Matthew S. Finley attended The University of Akron from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design & Digital Media. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including Meta for Business Certified from Meta and Facebook Advertising from Facebook in March 2013.
