Michelle Baumann

Michelle Baumann has a strong background in marketing and analytics. Michelle currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at VMLY&R Commerce since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as EVP, Marketing Science at VMLY&R Commerce from January 2021 to June 2022. Before joining VMLY&R Commerce, Michelle worked at Geometry Global as EVP, Marketing Science from October 2020 to December 2020 and as SVP, Analytics from November 2017 to October 2020. Michelle's earlier career includes roles at Kantar Retail, where they held various positions including Vice President, Consultant, Associate Consultant, Team Leader, and Analyst/Senior Analyst in the field of business analytics from 2008 to 2016. Michelle is an experienced professional with a focus on data-driven strategies and insights.
