Nancy Logan

Nancy Logan has worked in law for more than 25 years and joined VMS in 2018. As Senior Counsel, Nancy provides an internal point of contact for all legal matters at VMS and is responsible for advising the company regarding new and existing laws and their impact on the business. Nancy uses her broad range of legal, regulatory, and financial experience to draft and review a variety of agreements, and to provide advice in legal areas including commercial, compliance, and risk management. Nancy enjoys the continual learning that comes with her role, either about the law, the business, or the people that make it great.

Prior to joining VMS, Nancy spent five years as commercial counsel at Kelly Services. During her time with Kelly, she continued a long-standing relationship by providing services to Dow AgroSciences, where she previously served as corporate counsel and federal tax manager.

Nancy holds a JD from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Indiana. She is actively licensed as a certified public accountant as well.
