Alan joined Vnomics in March, 2014, bringing with him vast experience in general management, business development, IT, e-commerce and customer service functions. Alan leads all functions within Vnomics Corp and has been instrumental in driving Vnomics’ growth plans and strategies. He has a demonstrated track record of innovation, strategic leadership and corporate governance which has been instrumental in driving the Vnomics vision. His operational expertise, as well as his ability to identify and develop new revenue streams, has kept Vnomics on a solid trajectory of profitable growth.
Prior to Vnomics, Alan’s experience includes over 25 years at Bausch & Lomb where he managed commercial operations in the U.S. and abroad. He held multiple C-level positions including Corporate Vice President of Business Development, and Corporate Vice President and President of Europe, Middle East and Africa Region, Executive Vice President, Customer Service, Information Technology and Digital Initiatives, and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Bausch & Lomb.
Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY and a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University School of Law, Ithaca, N.Y. He also served as Trustee of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness/Vision 2020 and Board member of the Greater Rochester United Way.
