Saeed Contractor

Saeed Contractor is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in automation and software development. Currently serving as Global Head of the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence at Uber since January 2019, Saeed Contractor oversees technology strategy and the implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions. As a Council Member at VOCAL since July 2020, Saeed Contractor contributes to a global community focused on advancing automation technologies. Saeed Contractors' previous roles include VP of Applications Development at Citi, where strategic solutions were implemented across various technologies, and Director of Research and Development at Aspect Software, where initiatives to enhance customer experience were introduced. Educational qualifications include an MSE in Computational Fluid Dynamics from Princeton University, an MBA from the University of Central Florida, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay.
