David Jones

Product Director - Global Solution Hub and Change Management at VocalCom S.A.

David Jones has several years of work experience in various roles and positions. David started their career in 2000 at Fisher & Paykel Appliances as a Sales/IT Coordinator. In 2003, they joined Acorn Fencing Ltd and worked as an Operations Manager until 2007, after which they became the Director of the company. From 2009 to 2016, David worked at Sitel, where they held multiple roles including Customer Service Advisor, Team Manager, Dialler Manager, and Senior Dialler Manager. In 2016, they joined Vocalcom UK as a Support and Services Engineer in the UK and Ireland Region and later became a Technical Account Manager. Currently, David is working at Vocalcom as the Product Director of the Global Solution Hub and Change Management.

David Jones attended Castle Sixth Form Centre from 1998 to 2000. David then went to Kenilworth School from 1994 to 1998. David also obtained several certifications from Microsoft in 2009, including Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Configuring Windows Vista Client, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuring, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring.
