Helen Estrella

Helen Estrella is a Paralegal at Voce since August 2023. Prior to that, Helen worked as a Refugee Case Manager and Refugee Case Support Specialist at Bethany Christian Services and as an Immigration Specialist and Education Specialist at CASA. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from York College of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy.
