Aidin Brown

Aidin Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Starting in 2003, Aidin worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Hollywood Video before transitioning to a role in software sales at Fry's Electronics in 2005. Afterward, Aidin gained customer service skills as a Barista and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Aidin joined Flowroute as an Account Executive and NOC Engineer, where they built strong relationships with clients and utilized CRM tools to enhance customer satisfaction. Aidin's next role was at Zonar Systems as a Key Accounts Field Support representative, focusing on high-value accounts and finding innovative solutions.

In 2014, Aidin held two different roles simultaneously. They worked as a Network Operations Analyst at FastMesh Internet, where they successfully implemented a citywide network and managed marketing efforts. At the same time, Aidin joined Viasat Inc. as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer, responsible for supporting end-user workstations and implementing various processes and procedures.

From 2016 to 2018, Aidin worked at Baha'i World Centre as a Systems Administrator, Desktop Support, and Tier 3 Service Desk, where they streamlined systems and processes and designed a customer-facing support portal.

In 2022, Aidin moved on to Vocera Communications as a Technical Support Engineer 3, then transitioned to Stryker as a Staff Technical Support Engineer.

Aidin Brown attended Pittsford Mendon High School from 2000 to 2003. After graduating from high school, Aidin then attended La Costa Canyon High School from 2003 to 2004. Aidin completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business at the California State University-Long Beach - College of Business from 2005 to 2009.
