Danielle Macino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Danielle currently holds a position as the HR Director for M&A at Ford Motor Company since July 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked at Vocera Communications from May 2017 onwards, where they served as the Manager for People Programs and Development. At Vocera, their role focused on improving the lives of healthcare professionals and patients through the enhancement of quality care and operational efficiency.

Before joining Vocera, Danielle was employed at Microsoft Corporation. From July 2011 onwards, they worked as a Senior HR Manager for M&A, contributing to people strategies for acquisitions and divestiture transactions. Danielle'sresponsibilities included designing and implementing acquisition talent assessments and compensation strategies. Additionally, they conducted due diligence with deal teams. From February 2009 to July 2011, they served as a Staffing Consultant for Server and Tools Marketing and Finance at Microsoft.

Danielle also gained experience at Microsoft as a Staffing Consultant for Exchange Server from May 2005 to November 2007.

Danielle Macino attended Purdue University Fort Wayne from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication. In addition, they hold a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), although the specifics of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
