Patrick Samu

Patrick Samu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and customer service sectors. As a Co-Founder of Ps Multiservice and Ps Multi since September 2021, Patrick manages operations related to call centers, public relations, and placements. Simultaneously, Patrick has held the position of Executive Head of M-Commerce Operations at Vodacom Congo (RDC) S.A. since July 2016 and has been with Vodacom since November 2009, where notable roles included Head of Customer Care Operations and Senior Manager of Customer Care Operations. Patrick's academic background includes a degree in Economics from Universite Kongo (UNIBAZ), completed in 1997.
