Dilip Malla Buzarbaruah

Dilip Malla Buzarbaruah has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Dilip Malla began their career in 1993 at the National Informatics Centre as a Scientist/Engineer. Dilip Malla then joined Reliance Telecom Limited in 1997 and held various managerial positions such as Deputy Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, and Deputy General Manager in the NSS (Network Switching System) department.

In 2008, Dilip joined Vodafone as an Associate Vice President - Technology, where they were responsible for network operations and maintenance in two circles. Over the years, they progressed to Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, and later became the Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer. Dilip Malla led project rollouts, managed cellular phone operations, and oversaw network operations across multiple regions.

Currently, Dilip is serving as the Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone Idea Limited since 2018. In this role, they continue to drive technological advancements and ensure efficient network operations.

Dilip Malla Buzarbaruah completed their Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) between 1986 and 1992. Later, in 1994 to 1995, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from the Indira Gandhi National Open University. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary (HS) education in Science from Cotton College in 1986.
