Okan Cengaver

Okan Cengaver is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CIO at Vodafone Romania and Head of Digital BSS GCU, along with prior roles such as Head of Network & Digital Transformation for the EU Cluster and Head of Information Technology for Turkey at Vodafone since June 2013. Previously, Okan held multiple positions at Avea from July 2006 to May 2013, including IT Operations Director and Revenue Assurance & Security Director. Early career experience includes roles as Software Engineer at NETAŞ and Software Developer at MICOM. Okan holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, obtained from 2011 to 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the same institution, completed from 1990 to 1994.
