Shan Mylvaganam

Shan Mylvaganam is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in network design, optimisation, and engineering. Currently serving as an Optimisation Authority at Vodafone since July 2017, Shan has also held roles at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks as a NW Design and Optimisation Engineer since January 2014, and previously worked at Telefonica as a Senior Radio Optimisation Engineer. Shan's career includes significant contributions at Ericsson Ltd (UK) and T-Mobile UK, focusing on UMTS and GSM network optimisation and consolidation. Additional experience includes roles at O2 and Vodafone, where Shan played a key part in deploying and optimising 3G networks. With an MSc in Mobile and Satellite Communications and a BEng (Hon) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey, Shan possesses a robust educational foundation to support expertise in telecommunications.
