Tomasz Figarski

Tomasz Figarski has extensive experience in the technology and banking sectors. Tomasz is currently the Acting Head of Frontend Solutions at Vodeno, where they lead the development and implementation of mobile solutions. Tomasz is responsible for managing a team of engineers, defining product requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile solutions. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked as a Principial Technical Product Owner at Vodeno and played a key role in organization upscaling transformation and improving product quality and user experience.

Before joining Vodeno, Tomasz worked at Alior Bank S.A., where they held various positions. Tomasz served as the Head of Product in the CEE T-Mobile Digital Banking Development Division, overseeing the entire development lifecycle of digital banking products. During their tenure, they championed Agile methodology and promoted a Design Thinking mindset to improve product quality and team member engagement. Tomasz also worked as a Business-System Analysis Expert, where they evaluated business system processes, gathered and documented requirements, and collaborated with business partners to enhance organizational processes.

Earlier in their career, Tomasz was a Software & Equipment Tester at Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., where they focused on testing 3G/4G/LTE technologies.

Overall, Tomasz Figarski has a strong background in overseeing the development of mobile solutions, improving product quality, and implementing Agile methodologies. Tomasz is skilled in project management, talent management, and stakeholder engagement.

Tomasz Figarski's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BSc/Eng.) in Technical Sciences with a focus on Automatic Control and Robotics from Politechnika Warszawska (Warsaw University of Technology) in 2011. Tomasz then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science with a specialization in Teleinformatics and IT from WIT Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki Stosowanej i Zarządzania w Warszawie (Warsaw School of Information Technology), which they completed in 2020.

Currently, Tomasz is enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Kozminski University, which began in 2022 and is expected to conclude in 2024.
