Magdalena Drozd

Magdalena Drozd currently serves as a Lider zespołu in the Financial Crime Unit at PwC Polska, beginning in October 2024. Prior to this role, Magdalena Drozd held various positions at OEX Voice Contact Center from July 2020, progressing from Customer Care Representative to German Team Leader and finally to Trainee German Team Leader. Academic achievements include a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Marketing from Kozminski University, expected in June 2024, a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej in Lublin obtained in 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from the same institution, received in 2020.
