Donnamarie Mazzola has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Donnamarie started their career at Einstein Healthcare Network as a Marketing Director, where they designed and marketed training programs and services related to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Donnamarie then moved on to Ceridian Corporation/The Partnership Group, Inc, where they served as a Senior Product Manager, developing and launching content products and services aimed at promoting work-life balance.

Donnamarie later joined Ceridian as a Senior Product Manager, eCommerce, championing and developing the company's first online service delivery channel.
