Serge Fotland is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and the energy sector. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Voicee since February 2019, Serge focuses on developing a human-like AI voice bot to replace traditional call center agents. Previously, Serge founded and held the position of CEO at PetroHub.com from November 2015 to March 2023, establishing a marketplace for the energy industry. Serge holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev.
