About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will join a growing Marketing team to scale Voiceflow’s demand generation programs and channels. You should love LinkedIn (paid & organic), digital workshops and in-person meetups. You’ll be obsessed with understanding our customers and rolling out campaigns that repeatedly impact the company’s qualified pipeline goals.

Our Demand Generation Manager should be open to (and excited by) the opportunity to build processes, engage with the customers, and ship quickly. You need strong reporting muscles paired with a knack for experimenting and distributing based on qualitative insights.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of core create and capture demand channels, including LinkedIn (paid & organic), Google Ads, and events (digital and in-person).
  • Work with the full team (content, product, sales) to ideate and launch full-funnel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content to develop scroll-stopping assets that create and capture demand within our ICP.
  • Report on channel performance & share insights with the marketing team.
  • Plan, organise and execute digital workshops and events alongside the marketing team.
  • Adapt pillar pieces into digestible content for key channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and email.

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record working on demand campaigns for core channels, such as LinkedIn and events, for a B2B SaaS company or marketing agency
  • A solid knowledge of channel platforms, such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn and YouTube - in planning campaigns, distributing content, and reporting on performance.
  • A resourceful combination of channel-level creative skills, including copywriting, graphic design and/or video editing.
  • Ability to translate campaign performance into net new ideas; experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Mixpanel.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team– working with designers to develop creative assets; working with product to understand product positioning, audiences, and use cases; working with the sales team to understand pain points and objections.
  • A love for building processes, testing, and shipping quickly.

We believe in a combination of conversational-style & standardized interviews along with take-home assessments for technical positions.
