Carla introduced and implemented UX research as an integral part of the product lifecycle, focusing on user-centered approaches to solve problems and meet user needs. Prior to Jeffapp, Carla worked as a contractor at UXClem, providing UX design consulting services to renowned companies such as MasterCard, PayPal, Google, and others. Carla worked with these companies for a period of 4 to 6 months, helping them develop customer-centric designs and experiences. Carla was the Head of User Experience at UXClem from June 2017 to February 2019.

Carla also gained experience at companies like Westpac, Racenet, Objective Experience, HP, Glencore, and The London School of Economics and Political Science. Their roles ranged from Senior UX Researcher to Product Manager, showcasing their versatile skillset and adaptability in different industries and domains.

Carla began their education in 2008 at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology. Carla completed their undergraduate studies in 2011.

In 2011, Carla enrolled at Queen Mary University of London and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business and Management. Carla successfully completed their degree in 2014.

Following their undergraduate studies, Carla attended Universitat de Barcelona in 2014 and 2015, where they pursued a Master's degree in Foreign Trade, Sales, and International Finance, emphasizing on International Business.
