Paula Griffo, CPA, CGMA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paula started their career as a Senior Accountant at Malin Berquist & Company, LLP in 1999. Paula then moved on to become the CFO at Harborcreek Youth Services from 2002 to 2006, where they oversaw budgeting, accounting procedures, and financial contract negotiations. Since 2007, Paula has worked at VoIP Supply, where they have held various leadership roles. Paula started as the CFO, responsible for financial strategy, planning, and cash management. In 2013, they were promoted to President and CFO, leading the overall financial operations of the company. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director, overseeing the strategic direction, budgeting, and partnerships of the company. Through their career, Paula has demonstrated expertise in financial management, policy development, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.

Paula Griffo, CPA, CGMA, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Brock University. Paula also has a BS degree in Business Admin - Accounting from PennWest Edinboro. In terms of certifications, Paula obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from AICPA in January 2005, followed by the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) credential in February 2008. Paula has also completed several executive leadership programs at Cornell University, including Change Leadership in July 2019, High-Performance Leadership in June 2019, and an Executive Leadership Certificate in April 2019. Additionally, Paula has pursued business analytics training at The Wharton School, specifically in the area of "Business Analytics: From Data to Insight."
