Matt Turcutto

Matt Turcutto has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Matt started their career as an Audio-Visual Technician at the University of San Diego in September 2010 and worked there until May 2012. Following that, they worked as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo from May 2011 to September 2012. In 2012, Matt joined Wind Water Realty, Inc. as an Associate Broker/Acquisitions, where they helped lease and sell commercial office property in Orange County. Matt also took on an investment syndication role, assisting investors who were dissatisfied with savings account returns or concerned about risks in the equities market. Matt worked at Wind Water Realty, Inc. until November 2017. In 2015, they became the President of Rancho Terra Company. Most recently, Matt has been working as the Vice President at Voit Real Estate Services since December 2017.

Matt Turcutto attended JSerra Catholic High School from 2004 to 2008. Matt then went on to the University of San Diego where they studied Real Estate and Finance from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they pursued further education at Concordia University Irvine and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, though the field of study is unspecified.
