Vonni Sytsma

Vonni Sytsma has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Interpoint. From 1992 to 2005, Vonni served as the Director of Human Resource Development at Cell Therapeutics, Inc., where they managed various HR programs such as compensation, benefits, and staffing. In 2006, they started their own HR consulting company, Sytsma Consulting, and provided HR expertise to clients including Cell Therapeutics, Inc., the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Global Health Division, and the IMS Company. Vonni also worked as a Recruiting Consultant for Global Health at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from 2006 to 2008. From 2010 to 2012, they played a crucial role in managing recruitment and HR support as the Staffing Manager at The IMS Company. Vonni then joined Base2 Solutions in 2012 as the VP of HR and Recruiting, where they led the full suite of HR functions. Following this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at CTI BioPharma in 2021. Currently, Vonni is the VP of Human Resources at Volant Partners, Inc., a business and engineering consulting firm.

Vonni Sytsma completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Psychology from Seattle Pacific University between 1986 and 1990. Vonni acquired this degree from the School of Business and Economics (SBGE) at Seattle Pacific University.
