Lisa Read

Lisa Read, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as Vice President of Human Resources at AssetWorks LLC since March 2018 and holds the position of National Director of Human Resources at Volaris Group since May 2014. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Lisa presents expertise in talent management, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and change management. Prior roles include Sr. HR Manager/Sr. HR Business Partner at Hewlett-Packard, where support was provided for EDS-HP IT Integration and strategic HR initiatives, as well as serving as an Executive HR Consultant at MCI Business Markets and an ER Generalist/Recruiter at Payless Cashways Building Materials. Lisa holds a BBA from McKendree University.
