Stefan Wendel

Stefan Wendel currently serves as the VP of M&A at Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, specializing in acquiring and developing B2B software businesses since February 2018. Prior to this, Stefan held various positions in M&A, including Director and Manager at MairDumont Ventures GmbH, and Senior Investment Manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds, focusing on venture capital in the travel and high-tech sectors. Early experiences include roles in business development and M&A analysis at supermarkt.de AG and SEB, along with internships at several financial institutions. Stefan holds a Mannheim Master in Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Goethe University Frankfurt. Additional studies were completed at BI Norwegian Business School.
