Lawrence Rosedale

Lawrence Rosedale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and sales within the software and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of M&A at Volaris Group since April 2017, Lawrence focuses on acquisition strategies and strengthening business operations. Previously, Lawrence held the position of Director of UK Business Development at Volaris Group and served as Sales & Business Development Director at Trapeze Group from August 2003 to March 2017, where key contributions included leading high-value bids, contract negotiations, and implementing a successful digital marketing strategy. Earlier career experience includes roles at TMP Worldwide and Robert Kimbell Associates, featuring responsibilities in financial markets analysis and business unit management. Lawrence holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bath and a BA(Hons) in Economics from Durham University.
