Alicia Santibanez

Alicia Santibanez has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Alicia started their career as a Design / Intern at Ezekiel in 2006, followed by a Design / Product Developer role at The Disney Store in 2006-2007. In 2007, they joined Billabong as a Design and later worked as a Product Developer and Product Manager, managing the entire product line life cycle and handling various responsibilities including PLM management. Alicia then worked at SeaFit Studio as a Pilates Instructor from 2017-2020. Most recently, they have been working at VOLCOM since 2019 in roles such as Global Product Manager Men's Knits & Wovens and Global Printables Development Manager.

Alicia Santibanez attended FIDM from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Product Development. Alicia then furthered their education at FIDM from 2006 to 2007, obtaining another Associate of Arts degree, this time in International Manufacturing and Product Development.
