Irene Villanueva

Irene Villanueva has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Irene most recently worked at Volcom as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and the Director of Human Resources - People Operations at UFC GYM. Irene also held positions at ASICS America as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, at Deckers Outdoor Corporation as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources Business Partner for Sanuk Footwear, and at LSPACE by Monica Wise as the Director of Human Resources. In addition, they were the Director of Human Resources for four Action Sports brands at C&C Companies, where they were responsible for various HR management functions and overseeing company benefits.
