Robin Guionnet has worked in various marketing and CRM roles throughout their career. In their most recent position at Volcom, they were responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing the brand's relationship marketing campaigns across mobile, e-commerce, CRM, and omnichannel platforms. Robin also recruited and retained a database of prospects and clients, launched and optimized loyalty programs, and implemented acquisition campaigns. Prior to Volcom, Robin worked as a CRM Campaign Manager at Lacoste, where they oversaw newsletter animations for 11 countries and managed CRM boost campaigns. Robin also gained experience as an Assistant Marketing CRM at Sandro, where they executed email and SMS campaigns and analyzed performance metrics. Robin's earlier experience includes internships in communication and business development roles at Factoria Creativa Barcelone, Waytostay, and Renault.

Robin Guionnet completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business at the University of Hull from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at KEDGE Business School from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Affaires/gestion, général from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management from 2015 to 2016.
