Marketing Specialist, Growth Marketing

About the Role:

Voldex is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to help bring new players to immersive UGC games on Roblox and Fortnite Creative. We need someone who is a skilled performance marketer and channel growth driver. This person will work hand-in-hand with our talented game teams to acquire, engage, and retain players within our games.

What You'll Do:

• You will own the performance of on-platform marketing to optimize discoverability and conversion of players to our games. This will be achieved by creating, testing, and analyzing the impact of marketing materials such as game icons, titles, game pages and more.
• You will develop and execute an effective go-to-market strategy that takes advantage of all viable channels to drive product and player growth
• You will execute on our  plans on key social media platforms such as Discord, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, fostering community engagement and brand advocacy.
• You will facilitate effective communication of upcoming features and releases to the gaming community inside and outside the game, ensuring transparency and generating excitement around product launches
• You will write and share compelling social media content using official company/game social media accounts
• You will support and help manage content creators, ensuring a consistent flow of social media content, expanding creator volume, and managing programs to grow and retain our player base.
• You will collaborate and communicate with game team(s) that you are a part of, sharing upcoming campaigns and the results of previous campaigns.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing (experience in Performance, Growth, and/or Product marketing)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand and communicate key performance metrics related to performance marketing initiatives
• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and ability to effectively market on them
• Demonstrated prior experience collaborating closely and cross-functionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working in video games industry
• Passion for video games
• Knowledge of UGC gaming platforms (Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, etc)
• High interest or experience supporting sports or driving video games
