Justin Cayford currently serves as Group Leader at Volition, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Justin was a Research and Development Scientist at Active Motif from April 2021 to July 2022 and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology from May 2020 to April 2021. Justin completed a PhD in Molecular Biology at the University of Southern California, where tenure lasted from August 2016 to May 2020, following a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UC Irvine obtained between 2010 and 2013. Justin also has experience as a Laboratory Manager at La Jolla Institute for Immunology from August 2013 to July 2016.
