Chris Potter

Chris Potter is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in the construction and rail sectors. Currently serving at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd since August 2015, Chris has played a pivotal role in the £9bn CP7 & 8 Southern Renewals Enterprise alongside multiple partners. Prior positions include managing significant rail and infrastructure projects at Balfour Beatty and Morgan Est, as well as serving as a trustee for the Hovercraft Museum and organizer for a replica model group. Chris holds a degree in Quantity Surveying from Guildford Technical College and has been involved in a range of high-profile projects throughout a career that spans several decades in the industry.
