Human Resources

The Human Resources team at Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. is responsible for managing various functions related to employee wellbeing and organizational effectiveness. This includes talent acquisition, where they identify and recruit top talent, and organizational development, focusing on employee training and growth. The team, led by the Chief Human Resources Officer, also handles employee relations, benefits administration, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations to support over 180 Volkswagen and Audi franchised Canadian Dealers and several national operations.
