Jordan Soriano

Jordan Soriano has a diverse work experience in the airline industry. Jordan worked at Volotea as the Head of Ground Operations Support starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Deputy Head of Ground Operations at the same company, where they were responsible for monitoring operational performance and supporting the ground operations team. Jordan also worked as a Customer Service Agent for American Airlines from August 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they held the same role at ICTS Europe Systems from March 2014 to August 2017, and at Swissport from March 2013 to March 2014.

Jordan Soriano attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Grado in the field of Gestiòn aeronáutica.
