Alison Ault-Hilk

Alison Ault-Hilk has a diverse work experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry. Alison is currently the Practice Director at Hunter Hamilton Professional Resources and also holds the position of Practice Director at Digital People. Prior to these roles, Alison worked at Volt Workforce Solutions, where they held various positions including Senior Strategic Client Director and Director of Client Solutions. Alison also served as Regional Manager for Minnesota and Global Relationship Manager at Volt. Before joining Volt, Alison worked at Malone Workforce Solutions as a Strategic Account Manager, where they provided exceptional service and support to national accounts. Alison also gained experience as a Regional Manager at Volt Information Sciences and as a District Director at Spherion Staffing.

Alison Ault-Hilk obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from the University of Utah, which they pursued from 1980 to 1984.
