Tsikata Apenyo

Tsikata Apenyo is the Founder and CEO of Volta Health, dedicated to transforming the healthcare system to make healthy living a universal right. Apenyo serves as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army and holds the position of Director of Finance at MD+, a non-profit supporting aspiring medical professionals. Apenyo is also a member of The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, focusing on diversity in business education. Additional experience includes roles as an MBA Associate at Team8, Associate and Venture Fellow at HC9 Ventures, Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Orthopaedic Experience & Innovation, and Analyst at Van Wickle Ventures. Apenyo's early career included a Fulbright Fellowship, and military training with Army ROTC. Academic credentials include an MD from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Portland.
