Lee Adams

Lee Adams currently serves as Prototype Principal at Volta Trucks since January 2023, following a tenure as Prototype Engineering Director at Arrival from November 2019 to January 2023. In this role, Lee was responsible for all prototype engineering aspects, overseeing the design and production of innovative electric vehicles. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd from April 2017 to November 2019, where Lee held roles such as Head of Prototype Engineering and Prototype R&D Test and Verification Group Leader, managing extensive R&D and validation activities across multiple workshops and leading a diverse team of over 50 technicians across various locations. Lee consistently demonstrated adaptability and operational efficiency in fast-paced environments, effectively overcoming challenges to meet critical deliverables and performance targets.
