Fernando Gordoa

Fernando Gordoa has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Fernando is currently the CEO of Volteo Digital, a transformation company specializing in business operating models and leveraging ServiceNow as an enterprise automation platform. Prior to this, Fernando was the VP & General Manager of the PS BU at Volteo, responsible for defining and leading the global strategy of the Service Management Business Unit. Fernando also served as a Founding Partner overseeing operations. Additionally, Fernando has worked at Flex as a Sr. Manager of Information Technology, responsible for the implementation and administration of the Service Now platform across multiple locations. Fernando has also held the role of Manager of Service Delivery. Further back, Fernando worked at TTEC as a Leader in Operations, with previous positions as Tech Support Engineer and Ops Supervisor. Currently, Fernando is also a Board Member at Volteo Edge, an IoT infrastructure provider.

Fernando Gordoa completed an Executive Program for Growing Companies in Business Administration and Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2020. In the same year, they also obtained a degree in Financing Innovation from the same institution. Prior to this, Fernando Gordoa attended Universidad Iberoamericana León from 2004 to 2008, where they received their Bachelor's degree in International Business. Additionally, they hold certifications in ITIL V3 from ITIL and PMP from the Project Management Institute.
