Viri Gomez has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. They began in 2015 as a Marketing and VIP Customer Service Executive at Fantasy Casino Events. In 2016, they interned at Xcaret's Quality Department, where they handled foreign customer complaints and performed various administrative tasks. From 2017 to 2019, Viri worked at American Industries Group, specializing in business development and facilitating the establishment of international companies in Mexico. In 2019, they embarked on a Mandarin Language Study Abroad program in China at Tianjin University, where they gained language skills and studied Chinese culture. Viri obtained their high school diploma with a specialization in Physics and Mathematics from Instituto Bicentenario.

In terms of additional certifications, Viri has acquired various Partner Sales Specializations from ServiceNow, including Field Service Management (FSM), Customer Service Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Human Resources Service Delivery, IT Asset Management, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, Performance Analytics, Platform, and Security Operations. Furthermore, they obtained the NeuroSpeaker certification from NeuroTalent Unlocked. In the past, they also participated in the 4° Sustainable Tourism Congress and the 7° Quality ASQ and UTL Congress, organized by UTL.
