Agata Szczepaniak

Agata Szczepaniak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Agata is currently working as a Product Manager at Volubus, where they are responsible for connecting travel organizers, communities, and organizations with local minibus and coach travel solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product at Therapify, a SaaS enabled marketplace for the Mental Health industry, where they helped professionals and patients book and conduct psychotherapy sessions. Agata also held the position of HR & Talent Specialist at talixo and HR Ops and Business Partner at Revolut. Agata has experience in recruitment, having worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at IBM Talent Acquisition & Optimization, Recruitment Coordinator Specialist at Motorola Solutions Poland, and Program Coordinator at DXC Technology and General Motors. Earlier in their career, they worked as a hotel receptionist and provided customer service at Dragon Apartments and Dragon Aparthostel in Kraków.

Agata Szczepaniak obtained their Master's degree from Jagiellonian University in the year 2016. Agata studied at the Institute of Oriental Studies within the Faculty of Arabic Studies, specializing in this field of study.
