Bob DiMartino is an experienced human resources executive with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Volumetric Building Companies since June 2022, Bob previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at CoWorx Staffing Services from 2016 to 2022. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at FXI, Stoli Group USA, and Moet Hennessy USA, as well as Senior Vice President of Human Resources - Americas at Bacardi. Bob began their career as Vice President of Global Talent Management & Corporate HR at Ralph Lauren. Bob holds a JD in Labor & Employment Law from Brooklyn Law School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
