Craig Jacoby is a Partner at Cooley LLP, where a general business and corporate practice focuses on the formation and financing of emerging growth companies, public and private financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate governance, and employee equity incentives since November 1997. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of VolunteerMatch, an organization that has become the largest database of volunteer information in the United States, Craig has contributed to the nonprofit sector since March 1996. Additionally, Craig served as a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California from 1996 to 1997 and holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, a Fulbright Scholarship, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English from the University of Pennsylvania.
