Carlos Hernandez is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in workforce development and community outreach. Currently serving as a Recruiter for Volunteers of America Los Angeles since November 2022, Carlos previously held the role of Technical University Recruiter at Microsoft, where responsibilities included recruiting and onboarding undergraduates for internships and full-time positions. Earlier roles include Employment Matcher at LA Family Housing, where over 100 clients were assisted in finding employment opportunities, and Recruitment & Outreach Specialist for Teens Exploring Technology, focusing on community engagement and event management.
