Olivia Eiler

Olivia Eiler is a seasoned professional in outreach and media production with a current role as Senior Manager of Recovery Outreach at Volunteers of America Mid-States since September 2022. Olivia guides clients through the referral and intake process, manages referral relationships, and coordinates services with various agencies. Previous experience includes producing news segments for WLKY Hearst Argyle Television Inc. and serving as News Director at News Channel 12 at Western Kentucky University, where mentorship and professional development were key responsibilities. Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, both from Western Kentucky University.
