Felicia Migliori-Balch

Felicia Migliori-Balch, PHR, is currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana. Prior to this role, Felicia held various HR positions at Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio and The Dispatch Printing Company. Felicia also has experience as an Underwriter at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
