Connie Qualls

Connie Qualls is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in caregiving and support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Direct Support Professional at Volunteers of America since September 2019, Connie provides care for individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges. Previous roles include Teacher Assistant positions at Ms. Nichole's Inc. and High Hopes, where Connie facilitated activities and ensured the well-being of young children. Additional experience includes counseling and case management at Bradford Health Services and Mental Health Cooperative, where Connie managed treatment plans and provided advocacy for clients in crisis. Connie holds a Master’s Degree in psychology with a focus on human development and social work skills from Argosy University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University.
